Would you like to help improve housing opportunities for your community? You can begin by becoming a volunteer at Habitat for Humanity where our goal is to provide affordable housing for families. There are many ways to volunteer: Short term, long term, or project based.
Short Term
Committee Member: Share your specific skills to accomplish a chosen task; it’s a fun and rewarding approach to volunteer your special skills and knowledge. (Marketing, volunteer development, fund raising initiatives)
The ReStore: Help sort, price, organize, clean, and assist customers.
Fairs / Festivals / Special Events: Share Habitat’s goals and stories with our community
at fairs and events throughout the year. This is a great opportunity to actively engage others in supporting our vital work.

Long Term
Executive board members: Govern the organization through a clear understanding of mission, values, and community relationships.
Committee board members: Lead a committee with a specific task in order to better fulfill the mission of the organization.
Board members: Support the executive board by offering your perspective on issues and offering your skills.
